Bittersweet the Cat needs a home

I am Bittersweet, a dashing 2 year old guy. I was rescued from outdoors as older kitten. I've received a lot of TLC but I'm still extremely shy.  However when the house is quiet, I will cuddle up with my foster to share sweet dreams with her. Patience please! I am still uncomfortable with a lot of hand contact and being picked up is up there on the scary scale.  I do love treats, and you can draw me out with the temptation of a dangly string toy like "da bird." I am very bonded with my his sister Morea. If you have a quiet home, a big heart and time to help us continue on our journey of growing trust, we'd love to meet you (at our foster home!).
